Rita says that a talent agency recruited her to perform in adult movies after seeing her on a televised beauty pageant; the Miss East Hungary Beauty Contest (2000), in which she took 2nd place. She appeared in her first nude magazine layout that same year, in the French edition of Playboy.

Faltoyano won the 2003 AVN Award for "Female Foreign Performer of the Year". In 2005, she married fellow porn star Tommy Gunn.

If beauty is genetic, Faltoyano is living proof. Her mother was Miss Hungary in 1974, and judging from Rita’s model-perfect face and absolutely breathtaking, all-natural body, she was lucky enough to get all the right chromosomes.
